1. Nature of Services
PayBoomBiz provides digital recharge and bill payment services. Once a transaction is processed, it is instantly forwarded to operators, banks, or billers. Hence, services are non-cancellable and non-reversible.
2. No Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation after transaction initiation.
- Users must verify all details before payment.
- PayBoomBiz shall not be responsible for user errors.
3. No Refund – General Rule
- All successful transactions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Refunds are not allowed for:
- Wrong number or account entered
- Wrong operator or biller selected
- Recharge on inactive/invalid numbers
- Delay caused by operator/bank
- User dissatisfaction after successful service
4. Refund – Exceptional Cases
- Failed transaction (amount debited but service not delivered)
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
Refund approval is subject to verification from banks, operators, and internal records.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment source only
(API users may be settled via wallet or adjustment as per agreement)
- Processing time depends on banks/payment gateways
6. Wallet / Adjustment
- Amount may be credited to PayBoomBiz wallet in some cases
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-withdrawable unless required by law
7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may be rejected
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated
- Additional verification may be required
8. Limitation of Liability
- PayBoomBiz acts only as a facilitator
- Not liable for failures caused by operators, banks, or billers
- Maximum liability limited to transaction amount
9. Legal Compliance
- Complies with Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Follows RBI and IT Act guidelines
- All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, India
10. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for entering correct details. PayBoomBiz shall not be liable for incorrect information provided by the user.
