The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

A. Eligibility You must: Be at least 18 years of age. Be a resident of India. Use the services in accordance with Indian laws and regulations.

B. Services Provided We offer online digital payment services in India, including but not limited to: Mobile recharge (prepaid and postpaid) DTH recharge Electricity, Gas, Water, and other utility bill payments Broadband and landline bill payments Insurance premium payments FASTag recharge and more We act as an intermediary and facilitate payments through licensed third-party service providers.

C. User Account To access some features, you may need to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

D. Payments Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We are not liable for any payment processing errors or issues with your bank/card provider. All transactions are final. Please review the recharge/bill details carefully before confirming.

1.For (API) User or user PayBoomBiz endeavors to deliver services of the highest standard. However, the provision of such services does not constitute a guarantee of absolute performance or immunity from business impact. PayBoomBiz shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or disruptions resulting from its services. It is the responsibility of the user to maintain adequate backup measures. PayBoomBiz expressly disclaims any warranty of 100% service uptime or uninterrupted performance.

E. Refund and Cancellation Policy Recharges and bill payments once made are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued only in cases of failure or error in the transaction process, subject to verification. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

1. Month-End No Due Confirmation: Users are required to report any pending issues, refund requests, or accounting discrepancies, including but not limited to fund not updated, within ten (5) days following the end of each month. Failure to report within the stipulated period shall be deemed as full acceptance of the account statement for that month. In such cases, PayBoomBiz shall consider the account as “No Due”, and all transactions shall be deemed final, conclusive, and binding. Any claims or disputes raised thereafter shall not be entertained, and PayBoomBiz shall bear no liability whatsoever in this regard.

F. User Responsibilities You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You will not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities. Any misuse of the services may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. If any user or API partner is found connected with network marketing or MLM referral-baseed earning platforms activities, their account may be suspended and payments held without prior notice. Such activities often lead to chargeback issues.The decision of PayBoomBiz in this regard shall be final and binding on the user.

G. Third-Party Services Our site may link to third-party services or websites. We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

1. User Registration and Verification You may need to register for an account using a valid mobile number or email ID. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. You may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) as per RBI guidelines.

H. Payment and Transaction Terms All transactions must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). We use secure payment gateways to process payments. We do not store your card or banking information on our servers. It is your responsibility to ensure the correctness of the recharge/bill details before making payment.

I. User Conduct You agree not to Use : the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities. Misuse or abuse the services or infrastructure. Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our servers. Violation may lead to suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

1. If a retailer or a API users is already receiving a commission and does not submite the invoice before the 30th, their commission amount payment will be held or not updated in portal , held case = charge back , 3rd party Payment,Scam etc*

2. If a retailer or a API users is tranferring payment non-working timinig or day in this case User raise the request , if user not raise request so in such a case the user himself will be responsible for loss or Delays. working timinig 9AM TO 6PM ,MON TO SAT

J. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for: Transaction failures due to incorrect information entered by the user. Downtime or unavailability of partner APIs. Delays or losses caused by third-party service providers or banks. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) Terms & Conditions

  1. Authorized Use: AEPS transactions are conducted through authorized banking partners under UIDAI guidelines. Users must ensure their Aadhaar is linked to a valid bank account.
  2. Biometric Authentication: All AEPS transactions require biometric authentication by the Aadhaar holder. Any misuse or third-party authentication attempts are strictly prohibited.
  3. Irreversibility: Once an AEPS transaction is successfully completed, it is final. No cancellation or reversal is possible. Users are responsible for ensuring correct details before proceeding.
  4. Limitations & Failures: PayBoomBiz is not liable for transaction failures due to biometric mismatches, network issues, or bank-side errors. Refunds apply only if the amount is debited but not settled, subject to bank confirmation.
  5. Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable RBI and UIDAI regulations. PayBoomBiz reserves the right to suspend AEPS services for any regulatory non-compliance or suspicious activity.
  6. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for safeguarding Aadhaar data and credentials. Any unauthorized use of AEPS will be the user’s liability.
  • Users acknowledge risks associated with biometric authentication including misuse, spoofing, or unauthorized access. PayBoomBiz shall not be held liable for any unauthorized transactions arising from compromised biometric data.

  • DMT (Domestic Money Transfer) Terms & Conditions

    1. Beneficiary Details: Users must verify the recipient’s name, account number, and IFSC before initiating transfers. Incorrect details are the user’s responsibility.
    2. Irreversibility: Once a DMT transaction is successful, it cannot be canceled or reversed. Users must exercise caution before confirming.
    3. Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in the case of a failed transaction where funds are debited but not received by the beneficiary, subject to bank and internal verification.
    4. Limits & Charges: DMT services are subject to RBI guidelines on transaction limits and charges. These may change as per regulatory updates.
    5. KYC & Verification: DMT users may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) as per RBI norms. PayBoomBiz reserves the right to suspend services for incomplete KYC.
    6. Liability: PayBoomBiz is not liable for delays or failures caused by banks, payment systems, or incorrect beneficiary details provided by the user.
    7. Compliance: All DMT services adhere to RBI regulations. Users must ensure lawful use of funds and proper reporting of suspicious activities.

    Fraud Monitoring & Risk Control

    PayBoomBiz reserves the right to monitor transactions in real-time. Any suspicious, abnormal, or high-risk activity may be blocked, reversed, or reported to regulatory authorities without prior notice.

    Indemnity

    Users agree to indemnify and hold PayBoomBiz harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising due to misuse of services, violation of these terms, or involvement in fraudulent activities.

    Data Security & Privacy

    All user data including Aadhaar and transaction details is handled securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws. PayBoomBiz does not store sensitive biometric information.

    Service Availability

    Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system upgrades, or third-party failures. PayBoomBiz shall not be held liable for any losses arising from such downtime.


    By using AEPS or DMT services on PayBoomBiz, users agree to these Terms & Conditions. PayBoomBiz reserves the right to modify these terms in accordance with legal or regulatory updates.
